Product Performance:

Brominated SBS (RX-971) has good thermal stability, and according to the research, it bears relatively little force when melting the mixture, injecting into the mould and extruding the foam process conditions, and generally does not degrade thermally, and the process temperature can reach over 230°C. In addition to thermal stability, the polymer using this product has good compatibility with the foaming agent used for foaming when forming the foam. The flame retardancy of brominated SBS is comparable to that of hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD), which has been discontinued, but its environmental hazard is extremely low, and it is an environment-friendly macromolecular flame retardant.
